Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In the original condition
Returned with original tags, packaging, and hygiene liner attached
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or damage

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without the hygiene liner may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, you may request a refund if your return is approved within the 30-day return window.
